flaccid stretched question

I have seen many threads discussing this topic, and my experience is that almost everyone has a longer flaccid stretched. I am different. Can anyone describe how this is possible. My flaccid stretch seems like it has always been about .15 inches shorter than my erect, from the time I noticed my first gains, all the way up until I gained 0.6.

I am 100% sure that I am measuring correctly.

I am pretty certain mine was shorter when I first got into PE but now it is slightly longer.

thats a bit comforting, haha. I hope it’s a good sign that I have grown significantly, and my flaccid stretch has not kicked in full gear yet, but I suppose we’ll see.
