I’m running for a couple of miles at least once per week. After exercise which takes around 30-45 minutes and before shower I’ve noticed that my penis size is extra small at time. It looks like being sucked into body after any such activity (running, cycling .) . I’m kind of ashamed that someone would see it. Cannot imagine going into gym shower with other guys with such small sucked dick. Is it only me or ? I know that low temperature of water would make dick smaller but exercise! Any opinions ?

It happens to me the same thing after I go to the gym and I finish a workout or during running.But after an amount of time 30 minutes or 20 the flaccid is bigger than usually it`s kind of strange, I`m 20 and my flaccid length almost always it`s different I mean it`s variable.

I think it has something to do with the body prioritizing blood flow. When working out, there’s simply no need for the dick to receive extra blood since the muscles are the parts of your body that are working the hardest. Just a theory :) .

Your body directs blood to where it is needed, so when you exercise, your blood goes to your muscles and away from your cock. It’s totally normal.

Yep I jog almost every other day for about 1 hour and a half outside and when I get back my flaccid is really small.

If you are concerned about how you hang in the showers at the gym, this is the curse of having a good workout! The better work you do for your body, the smaller your cock looks just after a tough workout. You go to the showers with a tired body and a little noodle between your legs, while the guy in the stall across from you looks like he just got fluffed on a porn set.

I don’t think that’s a good idea. Doesn’t sound safe.

Besides who cares about “hang” during a run? I mostly want it supported so it is not bouncing around and rubbing itself raw.

I guess if you were reallly concerned about how your dick looked while working out, the safest thing would be to slip a rolled up gym sock down there.

Funny, mine hangs better after a workout. Are you guys sure yours is not turtling because of you sweating and making it cooler? I dont sweat around my penis so if anything it gets hot and that makes it hang better.

Really think about it. After about 45 min of good hard sex your into full workout mode. Does your penis go soft? I know mine does not.

Think about working out in the yard all day. You come in and your balls are hanging to your knees stuck to your thigh.
