When I go to the gym and get a shower after working out my penis is shriveled afterwards and I definately am embarrased in the locker room. What exercise can help flaccid length?

Just jelqing affects this more then anything, drink lots of water and avoid caffine

I agree that jelking helps you hang better than anything, but others will say stretching. You can even do some jelks in the shower to plump up before you exit. Or you can wrap a towel around yourself.

I’ve also just began fowfers to see if that will help as well.

Shrinkage after a workout is pretty common. I normally go into a toilet stall before undressing an jelq a few times.

I think it is ok. search for info on ADS’s here, and read up on them especially the precautions before you start.

Also remember to drink plenty of water and don’t pee before you shower. Some of my best flaccids are when I need to pee.

No.

Actually, here at Thunder's we feel you shouldn’t really even touch your penis for the first year. Mostly you should just read and perform the clerical duties assigned to you. You’ll be getting those soon.

If you fail to follow the newbie routine don’t be surprised to see your house surrounded by police cruisers with a guy on a megaphone saying, “Step away from the penis and come out with your hands up.”

Light tension ADS is probably fine. Only just enough tension to gently keep your dick in an extended state.

Like Idaho … (nevermind, forget I said that).

I swim alot, and it gets embarrassing to undress in front of others when there is shrinkage. I must try the trick mentioned by Jbulk about jelqing in the toilet stall.

One of my favorite episodes of ‘Seinfeld’ is the one about George’s shrinkage after swimming. Very funny.

Gym workouts will keep the blood in your muscles and away from your dick for a while. Have a hot jacuzzi after you work out and before you shower if possible.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Weight lifting increases blood flow to my unit sometimes but cardio kills my flaccid.


Started: Bpel 7 mseg 4.5

Current: Bpel 7.5 mseg 4.75

Goal: at least 8.5X6.5

I seem to be the opposite to you guys. A good cardio workout will increase my flaccid.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH
