Flaccid in Gym

My friend owns a all women gym and I’m the only guy allowed there.. God I wish I was flaccid in the gym. If they see things flying up in my pants they won’t believe I’m gay :(

Prior to PE, exercise, both weights and cardio, any thing that got my heart rate up would make my flaccid length shrink to less than and inch. Also my balls and sack would contract considerably. This would last hours, even after a hot shower. The ball sack shrinkage just made the flaccid length look worse too, since it prevents you from hanging down.

However, I think that dry jelqs have given me the best flaccid gains. I did not see much doing wet jelqs and stretching in the beginning, not until I started doing dry jelqs did I see a big improvement in my flaccid length. Also I have taken to running once or twice a week with the light duty static stretcher on. *Disclaimer* Be careful doing this, and pay attention to your unit. That said, it’s a bit obvious so do this at night if your gonna, also wear compression shorts under your running gear to help prevent injury. I do not contract any more from weight training and the only thing that really gets me to contract is a run longer than 30 minutes at a pretty good pace. Light jogging, cycling will not reduce my flaccid length anymore.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Yeah, ADS works well for that, but, when I stopped using the ads, some of the effects disappeared. However, if I stick to my hanging routine, my flaccid is usually a lot longer than normal anyway so the ADS was not worth the trouble for me.

Yah I get the same problem, it’s got somthing to do with your hormon lvls after working out so hard. It’s only lasts a few minutes but makes sure to get a good meal into you, it should fix the problem pretty fast

Actually, here at Thunder's we feel you shouldn’t really even touch your penis for the first year. Mostly you should just read and perform the clerical duties assigned to you. You’ll be getting those soon.

Light tension ADS is probably fine. Only just enough tension to gently keep your dick in an extended state.

I think it depends on the work out..

After weightlifting, my unit doesn’t shrink.

After an hour of soccer, drenched in sweat, my dick looks like a skinny peanut :(
