Flaccid Glans When Erect.

I have a problem, when I have a full blown Erection and I lay on my back my glans goes flaccid even when my shaft is fully erect. Even if I start masturbating in this position the head stays flaccid. It’s as if there is not enough blood getting to it to pump it up.

Does anyone know why this is and what can I do about it, I hate this, it really makes my penis look small when laying back :(
