A quick method without doing any excersices is to start going commando. I’ve been doing this for years and you’ll notice a nice flaccid in no time.

Goal Driven

Bird gave you a starting point. Try not to rush things I’ve been going for almost 4 months and have little to none on girth gains.

Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

I agree with Titleist, go commando and also look into All Day Stretches. It has made all the difference for my flaccid size. Of course my goal is more the erection size.

Flaccid, I sit at a little over 5” in length, and a hair over 4” in girth.
