Flaccid exercises the key to success?

I have read a lot of threads in this forum and what I seen is that a new trend is to do exercises in an almost flaccid state. When you think about it, that’s a very good thing there. When you are flaccid, the penis is in the smallest state and can’t be so much smaller. When you exercise the flaccid penis and the cells and tissues get bigger, it will also make the erected penis to get bigger.

And this is maybe the right method if you want permanent gains because you train the cells to get bigger, not temporary more filled chambers.

Bad description of me, but I hope you understand the point.


Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

Actually, there are only a couple of exercises you do totally flaccid like stretching and hanging.

If you are jelqing for length you use about 40-60% erection level. Jelqing for girth you use 70-90% erection level.

You can clamp or pump with a full erection.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Theres also the flaccid stretch - it’s on pe gym and it’s been described here before. It’s a girth exercise and most people find it works great.

I’ve had success with flaccid jelqing exclusively.

I’ve been PEing for over three years, still in the last six months(more like 4 or 5) I’ve gained over half an inch in length and over a quoter inch in girth. The best part is I only do about 50 very low intensity jelqs twice a week. Eq and gains are ten times better than with something like the newbie routine. Not saying it’s a bad routine, but the philosophy that produced most of my gains is have only one variable and control it accordingly to eq.

I may try this when I finish my current routine !

Just remember to adjust the volume for yourself, I doubt most would gain on only 50 jelqs and for some(me) it’s borderline over training.

Are you only doing 50 very low intesity jelqs twice a week only? Nothing more?

It sounds really intressting! On about wich erection level do you jelq on?

How long do you do each jelq stroke? how do you hold your grip..etc?

ladf: It would be very good if you show us your routine and how to do the jelqs.

Are you jelqing or are you stretching your member. because surely you can’t jelq without a certain amount of blood in your unit?


Starting size---->BPEL 7" MEG 5.25"

Goal---->BPEL 8" MEG 6"

You can always push in blood in the relaxed state, and that can maybe make the flaccid penis bigger, not the flaccid hang bigger, and that will probably make the erected penis bigger also.

Pretty much regular jelqing: c-grip, 4-5second strokes. The only difference is the erection level which would actually be like -15% or something like that maybe even slightly turtled, I think that is the reason for the effectiveness. It will feel weird, nothing like jelqing with an 80% erection, there will be little to no expansion in the head. Instead as I jelq I feel each side(right hand I concentrate on the left side, left hand I concentrate on the right side of the penis.) of the penis.actually this is very hard to explain but you’ll understand when you try: the penis will still feel hard as you jelq.

As you can see I’m not much of a pe scientist, when methods of others didn’t work on me I went my own way(not claiming I invented flaccid jelqing, I don’t care about that stuff. I just want to help.) and with years of trial and error I eventually found what works for me.

I don’t consider flaccid jelqing having a stretching effect as I have gained girth and improved EQ which I never got out of stretching.

My routine is simple I do pe every four days or so. If EQ improves I do the same volume or more(5-10 jelqs) if EQ gets worse I do less(5-10 jelqs). 50 reps seems to work for now.

Didn’t really understand the (5-10 jelqs). 50 reps.
