Flaccid exercises the key to success?

About twice a week. Lets say I do 50 jelqs and my erection quality gets worse I do maybe 10 less the next time:40. If it gets better or stays the same I might do 50 again or a couple more:55. Basically I control volume by eq.

I understand the head does not expand, but do the sides of the penis expand (the CC) as you jelq? I also understand the erection level is very low but is there little, or alot of blood in the penis itself?

Okay, that was not much so I like it! I think the flaccid jelqs are way better than erection jelqs because the flaccid jelqs makes the flaccid penis to expand.

So with only doing about 100 jelqs/week you have gained about 1,5 cm in length and 1 cm in girth?

Yes, but is the exercise with right pressure maybe also a good girth exercise?

No, that’s why the erection level is low.

1,6-1,7cm in length and 0,7 in girth.

My workout looks like the one you outlined except I usually try to follow the session with a ten minute erection instead of a warm-down. I find this to help with eq.

Do you do your workouts in a row or spread out in the week?
Like Monday and Thursday or Monday and Tuesday and then rest?

I think it can be good to put in one more workout, so you do like Monday, Wednesday, Saturday.
I don’t say this to you ladf, it’s to the others.

I spread them 3 or 4 days apart. I agree stretching would be fine on off days, I’m just too lazy for that.
