I am new to (deliberate) PE but have developed a severely baseball bat/cone shaped dick, probably from masturbation as a teen. I’m quite long (about 8 inches erect), and used to masturbate by gripping the upper shaft just below the head with my right hand a lot. My upper shaft is about 1.8 inches across and 5.3 inches around, and rapidly draws in after a few inches, especially on the left side, so the base shaft is about 1.35 inches across and 4.5 inches around and feels weak (for the bottom 2-3 inches). This has really bothered me for years now and is a deep insecurity of mine, and even though sex can be great for myself and my partner, I feel like something is missing (literally). When girls ride me and go deep it feels like there’s nothing there, and it’s awkward when they see and feel my base shaft during a handjob/blowjob. I uploaded a picture (a sketch) to give you guys a better idea.

So in regard to what to do for PE, I don’t need more length (8 inches is plenty) and need to build girth for the bottom 2-3 inches, especially on the left chamber. Also, the depth (thickness measured from front to back) is about 1.25 inches and is fairly consistent throughout the shaft, which makes it pretty elliptical, so I would also like to build a bit more thickness throughout the entire shaft top to bottom, but not side to side (1.8 inches across is fine). So essentially, I hope to grow the base thickness side to side to even it out, especially on the left side, and add some top to bottom thickness for the whole shaft, ultimately giving me a consistent girth of about 5.5 inches and a fairly cylindrical shape (not oval/elliptical).

I’m new to PE but have quite specific and unusual goals, so any advice, information, resources, etc. Would be much appreciated. It has been hard for me to find reliable, relevant information on this, and am trying to find a safe and effective route.

Do an advanced search on “base girth” for title only and there are over 100 threads on the same topic. Hanging, downward angle stretching, and clamping are the usual recommendations. Those aren’t very newbie friendly exercises, so do that search, and read all those threads from people with your same situation, and do a lot of research before beginning.

Start with the newbie routine, there is a very important need too condition your unit to exercise and for you to understand it’s limitations and capabilities, correcting subtle cosmetic differences that you are disturbed by may take years, but help is at hand in the archives while you master the newbie routine spend some months reading the back catalog of PE related posts, believe me there is a wealth of knowledge in there (not to mention more than a few good laughs). :)
