Five Hidden Keys to PE Success

Five Hidden Keys to PE Success

So you look through the newbie page and find all the exercises and devices, study some statistics, read through a few logs and here-there advice columns, and you come up with a routine that’s suited for your PE goals and needs. Then you get started, and you’re mostly there, but not quite, because you have the basics of what you need to focus on ~physically~, but that’s only half the journey. After a while, maybe a few months, you’ll notice there are things you need to add into your routine which are strictly ~mental~.

See, it’s not just a journey about your damn pecker and how big it is. For some, sure, I guess it is, but there is another class of PEers to whom I’m talking. It’s the ones looking for a growth in confidence and their overall manliness and manhood. You’re not creating an appendage to show off during random hookups. You’re redefining yourself for some reason — pick the reason — and you believe part of this redefinition involves resizing and revitalizing your penis.

In fact, this is a very Zen attitude toward strengthening your core manliness, and goes well beyond a simple increase on the ruler. It transcends the physical. It delves into the metaphysical and the mental, so let’s look at five things which are not obvious when we speak strictly about physical PE methods and schedules.

1) Ease off the Porn

I list this one first, because it has had the most noticeable impact on my PE career thus far. I define any addiction like this — imagine the rest of your life without this thing. If that scares you, you are addicted to this thing. My addiction is alcohol, and we’ll get to that, but for many of us, porn is such an addiction. Left unchecked, a porn addiction truly wreaks havoc on your EQ and on your sexuality. Try a month without porn. For me, this was an easy challenge, but for some this may be very difficult. Still, try it, but don’t trust me. Poke around on Thunders. You’ll see a ton of experienced PEers who will agree with this statement, and I can personally attest that my erections and workouts are far better since easing off the porn a few months ago.

2) Manage Your Masturbation Schedule

I’ve seen blips about folks wondering if it is better to edge instead of masturbating, or remain masturbation-free, or if it is all right to masturbate whenever, and I’m not going to debate any of these opinions. Instead, I am simply going to say that is important to manage your masturbation schedule. Find what works for ~your~ body. Personally, I find that masturbation after a routine helps me with the next routine. The next time I work out, I produce firmer erections, owing to subconscious anticipation of the promised happy ending. Some guys find the opposite is true of their body, or some other schedule that works for them, but the hidden key is to add masturbation into your workout routine. Masturbate with purpose, rather than boredom. Don’t neglect your masturbation schedule as a factor in your PE routine.

3) Control Your Substances

This goes back to the alcohol addiction I mentioned. I’ve never been knuckle-headed enough to become addicted to nicotine, cocaine, weed or any of that other shit, but alcohol sure got me. I’m German-Irish. I’m doomed. It’s in my Pagan genes to howl at the moon. It’s something I fight, and it’s a fight I have to win every day if I want to be successful in this journey. There are some very real physical correlations to substance abuse, namely a loss of EQ. So take a look at what you are putting into your body. Look hard. Look honest — no sense lying to yourself. Painkillers. Anti-depressants. Steroids. Cheap whiskey & expensive dark beer (whole-wheat Irish side, frosted-wheat German side). The list goes on and on. This may be the toughest part of your PE journey, and the one I will personally fight the rest of my days. But controlling what goes into your body is perhaps the sharpest key to becoming the biggest man she’s ever had.

4) Embrace the Suck

Gym rats will recognize this one. It simply means you find a way to enjoy the challenges. When I run, for instance, I imagine a chariot is chasing me, whip cracking, and I am running with other slaves as we train for the gladiator ring. I hear the horse and the driver’s hawking. I smell the dust. I let the sweat and sun burn my eyes. We will not all survive. But I will survive, because I will not quit. One more mile. It’s a game. It’s fun. It sucks. I embrace it. Do the same with the PE journey. It is ~work~, even with devices. There are goals and barriers, victories and setbacks. An evil ruler waits on his throne with 1/16” markings to toss you into his dungeon, because you didn’t make your mark this week or this month. He will laugh and mock you, and you must slap him with a new routine or a new intensity. You must rise against him! This is a military operation! Into the breach, by God! It is life-or-death. You must refuse to fail, and you must above all things embrace the suck.

5) Think Positive

I leave this one for last, because really this is the end-game of the PE journey. It surprised me when I first found Thunders that many of the starting stats were so large, and yet the men were so small. A few marks on the ruler will do nothing to change this smallness, but a modification in positive thinking will make you the most well-hung man in town. Show some attitude. Allow yourself to gawk in the mirror and say, Damn, that’s huge! That’s right, bitches, call me Saul Neeson, Liam’s better-hung brother! Booyah! Now flex and tug on that beast. Try that for a week, see what happens. It will start to ~feel~ huge. This is, in fact, the base of all religions, and they call it faith. You simply look at a thing and say it is what you want it to be. You ~believe~, and it becomes that thing to you and everyone around you. Have faith, and think positive.

Anyway, some observations from the other side. I’m writing this mostly for my own edification so I can read it later, and to inspire myself to pay more attention to these more internal personal modifications.

Saul, you’ve done it again! Opening the eyes of all that lurk Thunders to one day see a brighter side of themselves. Great points made here, well done. Not only is each key valid, but thorough thought went into the descriptions, and of course your extraordinary writing ability added much needed entertainment to get the points across. Thanks for the insight and reminder of what is really behind these mental blocks we have regarding our most prized possessions. Preach on brother!

My progress thread - My path to a larger healthy piece

Good thread Saul if has some very good points in it. Porn can definitely be a bad thing and ruin EQ, I personally need to tone it back. Right now a month off of it would be hard so it’s time to try that. Same with substances, for you its alcohol for me it’s weed, it can be a real battle some days like you say.

As for the mind I think it might have the biggest impact on someone’s body. I come from a family of pretty short people and ever since I was a little kid I said I am going to be tall when I get older, 6’3 to be exact. Well what do you know as a fully grown adult I turned out to be exactly that. Now for my next example with the mind, I had some small girth starting PE and ever since I’ve started I’ve just said I want to be thick that was kinda my goal. Well I measured a 5.25 girth and I started out at 4.3 about 7 months ago. Did I gain all girth so fast because that’s what my mind wanted and truly believed I could achieve? Did I become 6’3 because I’ve been wanting that in my brain since I was a little kid? I’m not sure whether it was the power of ones mind or if it was a total coincidence for both situations but I do think if your head is in the right spot it can make a big difference.

For me, the metaphysical and God are as real and unseeable and unprovable as gravity — you only know they are there by their effects on other bodies. I’ve seen the mind conquer the body too many times to doubt it. You can’t always get it right, but when you do, it is creepy how the mind can mold reality. Positive visualization works for anything, and not just your body by the way.

Winning the lottery, winning the lottery, winning the lottery…

Well done. Maybe you’ll become a writer for the site. Take a load off me. *smirks*

Not without some girth, I won’t. Gotta put up or shut up. But yeah, this is a fun site to write on. The topics are wide open!
