Hi, it’s my firs week and I’ve got an important question for you, I need your help.
I started doing a warm up then stretch than 15 min. jelqing for three days.
Then I read that the first week I must do only 300 milks. So I decreased the jelqs to 300.
My question is: Were the initial 15 min. too much ? It’s better to rest some time (a week) before exercising again ? I don’t want to hurt my penis. Or can I go on like this increasing the number of jelqs ?
