First Week of PE

Well I finally got through my first week of PE. Boy, I was all bruised up, red dots on the head, sore, and the list goes on. BUT, having a 2 day rest period really helped, all of my so called injuries went away and I a back at it this week, maybe not so hard though. I am modifying my routine a little.

4-5 Hours Pro Extender
10 Min Warmup (A GOOD ONE)
10 Min Manual Stretches
20 Min Pumping
3 X 5 min Clamping
100 Wet Jelqs

Sounds like you’re hitting it pretty hard to be on your second week.

WOW that’s way to much for someone who is just starting their second week to be doing.

The newbie routine is suggested for a reason. I think you definitely need to be following it. I think using the extender with the newbie is fine but I’d cut out the clamping/pumping.

You really are doing way to much. It’s going to suck when you injure yourself and have to take a 2 week or 2 month break from PE. That’s a lot of time that could have been spent making gains.


Search. Read. Learn. Apply. Make weener bigger........Eventually reach goal of giant weener

Take out the clamping and pumping for 3 months if you don’t want your dick to give up on you, poor blighter.

Aye mate have faith in the newb routine for 3+ months, you seem over enthused about PE which is great.. Just remember patience is whats going to help ye grow, not torturing ye fella.

With that newbie routine, you might as well add smashing your dick with a heavy brick 10 times a day.
