First Week Completed

I’m finished with my first week of PE, and I’d say my efforts aren’t in vain thus far. I’ve noticed nothing but good things so far. My flaccid seems to be hanging lower and thicker, and I haven’t turtled at all the whole week. It also seems my sack has been hanging lose the whole week as well. I really can’t say much about erect gains, but I do feel a little longer and thicker. Another thing I’ve noticed is that my self control when it comes to masturbation is greater.

I’ve basically been doing the newbie routine, except I’ve stepped it up a notch. I warm up with a hot wet cloth for about 5-10 minutes, stretch for 10-15 mins(various pulls about 45-60 secs each), jelq for 15-30 mins, then warm down with a hot wet cloth. Throughout the day I kegel and BTC shortly when I get the chance.

Any advice or comments are appreciated.

Hey man it seems that you are on the right track, and your routine sounds fine too… just keep going.

Only advice is that I would make a set time for jelqing, instead of a wide range. I only say this because in a few weeks you may start to get lazier or bored with the exercise and tend to reach your minimum time and say “that’s enough.” I find if you have a set time, then you’re more likely to push yourself to that allotted time, whether or not you’re getting bored or whatnot.

James, the reason I gave a broad range of jelqing time is because my routine isn’t concrete yet. I’ve been gradually increasing because it seems like my penis can take a lot more than it says in the basic newbie routine.

Like you have all the good indicators for a good PE, good work. I agree with James00, you should be more specific about the duration of the exercises. You should stick to the newbie routine for a longer period of time before step it up, so take it easy as you’re just starting your journey.
