First Week Completed
I’m finished with my first week of PE, and I’d say my efforts aren’t in vain thus far. I’ve noticed nothing but good things so far. My flaccid seems to be hanging lower and thicker, and I haven’t turtled at all the whole week. It also seems my sack has been hanging lose the whole week as well. I really can’t say much about erect gains, but I do feel a little longer and thicker. Another thing I’ve noticed is that my self control when it comes to masturbation is greater.
I’ve basically been doing the newbie routine, except I’ve stepped it up a notch. I warm up with a hot wet cloth for about 5-10 minutes, stretch for 10-15 mins(various pulls about 45-60 secs each), jelq for 15-30 mins, then warm down with a hot wet cloth. Throughout the day I kegel and BTC shortly when I get the chance.
Any advice or comments are appreciated.
