First two sessions yay
Wow.. I have to say, I really love the honesty and openness of this site, so I’m going to share my experience so far.
I’ve done two PE sessions so far, whenever I’ve found some peace and quiet time at my home. I’m going to workout 2 ON, 1 OFF, 2 ON and 2 OFF, that way all the regeneration and resting time will be on weekends. I’m trying to get a lot of protein and water in my diet and at least 8 hours of sleep. The sleep might get a little harder to get later on, ‘cause I’m in med school and sometimes I have to study all night.
As far as my experience goes.. I’m using a slightly modified version of the newbie routine:
Baby powder for the stretches worked out great, no problem there. I decided to wet jelq with moisturizing cream and it worked out great. My pubic hair kept getting in the way, so I just cut it off, hehe. I use porn to maintain an erection during jelqing, sometimes I get a little excited and I end up jelqing with 90% erection, but I’m trying to avoid it.
I haven’t had sex with my girlfriend yet, so I can’t say how this will affect sex yet (it’s probably too soon anyway). I’m going to keep my PE workout in the dark, maybe I’ll tell her (if I’m still with her) after I’ve had important gains. I’ll decide about that later.
For hotwraps I used the rice sock, which worked out great. (Thanks a lot guys! ;) ) I’m doing 7-8 minute warm-up and warm-downs. I want a little more stimulation for those eager-to-grow cells. I’m also warming up during rest days every now and then, but just that.
That’s about it for now. No questions so far. I’ll keep you posted regarding results.
