Hey y’all! Starting my first thread I’ve ever posted. New to everything on here but it seems like a legitimate forum with kind and knowledgeable people. I want to start out by asking what all the abrieviations stand for as people talk about their size. (BPEL) ect.. Srry newbie question..
I am currently 5’8 inches long and almost exactly 5’0 in girth. It sucks. I really wanna gain whatever I can badly. I started doing a jelqing and ulli routine with 200 regular and 100 reverse jelqs. I’ve been going for about a week now. Major EQ improvement! Seems like my penis is reacting well. I purchased an exercise program offline and I like it. I’m not gonna say which one because of spam issues. But basically I have a routine of 5 min warm ups with rice sock and then do 300 jelqs. I wanna get into clamping. I hand clamp all the time so I think it’s time to step it up. Ill keep you guys posted on my progress.
Any suggestions you have please share, I’m an open book!
