First timer... newbie questions!
Hi there, i am a newbie in the PE thing… but have big expectations. I know resultas may not be visible in a short period, but i am willing to do an effort. I have a couple of questions…
I have seen that the best schedule is:
1. Hot wrap
4. Massages, etc
5. PM muscle excerces
a)if i want gains in lenght and girth, can i stick only with the jelquing or is it better to practice stretching also?. I ask this, because time limitations becasuse of work and study….
b)the hot wrap is strictly necessary?
c) what about jelquing almost 25% - 50% erection (almost flacid i mean)?
