First time working out

Hi everybody! I’m brand new here.

Yesterday was my first workout! I warmed up and jelqed in the shower for about 5-7 minutes. Then I jelqed later in the day for only 2-4 minutes.

My EQ is already through the roof! My erection was so rock solid that it woke me up at 5:30 this morning. I am stoked!

I’m going to take it easy. Just some stretching and jelqing. As for my days, 2-on/1-off.

My main goal is girth. I want to hear girls gasp when I put it in!

HELP NEEDED-
As my main goal is girth, I will be taking my jelqing slow and steady.

Are manual bundled stretches recommended for girth?

What other steps can I take to insure that I get the most girth from my workouts?

Functional EL: 15.5cm MEG: 15cm BEG: 15cm

Right Ball: 33ccm (5x3.7x3.5) Left Ball: 27ccm (4.6x3.5x3.3).

For the time being, stay away from any advanced or additional techniques. Simply follow the newbie routine for at least 3 months, if you’re still gaining after those 3 months; keep doing the newbie routine. You want to maximize whatever gains you can get from the newbie routine. While all these other forms of PE are exciting, a lot of time and patience is needed.

Welcome to Thunder’s :) I am a newbie too man and have been noticing a few things myself after just doing the newbie routine for a few days! I wish you the best of luck on your PE journey!

It’s alright man, we are all going to mistakes so don’t beat yourself up over it. Just give it time to heal (I read the thread) and get back into the swing of things. Don’t let this get you down :)

That is good. So many guys go crazy and get hurt as a newbie. Number one piece of advice for successful PE is don’t break your penis.
