First time working out
Hi everybody! I’m brand new here.
Yesterday was my first workout! I warmed up and jelqed in the shower for about 5-7 minutes. Then I jelqed later in the day for only 2-4 minutes.
My EQ is already through the roof! My erection was so rock solid that it woke me up at 5:30 this morning. I am stoked!
I’m going to take it easy. Just some stretching and jelqing. As for my days, 2-on/1-off.
My main goal is girth. I want to hear girls gasp when I put it in!
HELP NEEDED-
As my main goal is girth, I will be taking my jelqing slow and steady.
Are manual bundled stretches recommended for girth?
What other steps can I take to insure that I get the most girth from my workouts?
