Hello, this is my first time and I want to record Week 0 lengths and sizes.
What components should I log down?


Bone pressed erect length
Non-bone pressed erect length
Mid-shaft erect girth
Base erect girth
Flaccid stretch length
Flaccid bone pressed and non bone pressed lenghths

I personally don’t focus on flaccid measures due to fluctuations through the day.

Self control and clear your mind, my first time was this Sunday warmed up and stretched in a hot shower. The wife knows what I’m doing and doesn’t mind, but used a oil based lube with aloe to start jelqing. Counting also helps, keeps you in track.

Starting date: 12/10/2012 = 6.000 BPEL, 4.500 mseg.7/9/2014 = 7.688 BPEL. 4.875 MSEG

Goal = 8.500 BPEL, 6.500 mseg
