First things first, hi all

Sooo, I’ve been a member here for 2 and a half years now, just reading, trying very inconsistently, giving up, etc., you get the idea.. And I think I’ve finally decided to give PE some serious dedication, and in order to enforce some discipline I’m going to post here how it’s going. I guess the first step would be to get a ruler, actually two, one rigid for measuring the length and one soft for measuring the girth. :)

As far as exercises are concerned, I intend to incorporate jelqing, stretches and some squeezes on a 3 on 1 off programme and when I’ve got enough experience under my belt I think I’ll try clamping. I’m a little bit overwhelmed by the huge amount of information, grips, techniques and so on, so I may ask some stupid questions initially. I’ll post a couple of photos and updates next week.

I agree. There’s a vast amount of information on here and it’s so overwhelming. I didn’t really start a dedicated routine until recently either.. Too much reading to do. Good luck on your PE journey

You should keep reading and learning all the time if possible johnrl. But nothing beats getting into PE consistently for learning about (and benefitting from) PE.

OK, I measured today. The results are BPEL short of 17 cm and 13 cm girth, in inches respectively 6.6” and 5.1”. My dream size would be 8.0” length and a little bit more girth although I’m not really sure it’s actually necessary. But I’m sorta greedy on this topic :D


Started: 6.6 EBPL x 5.1 MSEG

Goal: 8.0 EBPL x 5.5 MSEG

Did some 10 minutes of stretching yesterday, with 20 mins of jelqing afterwards. Stretching seems to be a no-brainer, but jelqing not quite so. Since I’m dry jelqing and I really prefer it due to the better grip, what happens is that I’m actually moving the skin along with the grip up my shaft towards the glans. Is this the way it’s supposed to be done?

The routine yesterday was more intense than I expected, with stretching, jelqing and several horses. Today my cock is feeling pretty sore especially on the upper side near the base so I’m taking an off day. Maybe tomorrow too, but we’ll see how it feels then.

Good morning guys, another short report from me. So I took a day off on Saturday since I got some bruising from the previous workout and yesterday made a light routine, not more than 30 minutes of just stretching and jelqing. Felt good but I’m now wondering whether it was intense enough. Anyway, I’ll probably need a couple of weeks more for calibration so that I’m neither over- nor underdoing it. I suppose I just have to listen to my body, the way I do for physical training.

I’m spotting a potential problem as of now which is that something seems to be causing a ring of skin just behind my glans to get coarse and swollen. Maybe it’s the forefinger and middle finger grip that I use, maybe it’s the jelqs.. Not too much in any case but nevertheless making me worry cause it hurts ever so slightly. I hope it’s only getting used to the beating :D . I’m uncut but I’ve been keeping my foreskin retracted all the time for the last two years since I like it better this way and when I jelq it usually requires some effort to push the skin over the head because it’s become used to resting behind the glans. I’ll try keeping it intentionally covering the head during jelqing to see whether it gets better.
