First things first, hi all
Sooo, I’ve been a member here for 2 and a half years now, just reading, trying very inconsistently, giving up, etc., you get the idea.. And I think I’ve finally decided to give PE some serious dedication, and in order to enforce some discipline I’m going to post here how it’s going. I guess the first step would be to get a ruler, actually two, one rigid for measuring the length and one soft for measuring the girth. :)
As far as exercises are concerned, I intend to incorporate jelqing, stretches and some squeezes on a 3 on 1 off programme and when I’ve got enough experience under my belt I think I’ll try clamping. I’m a little bit overwhelmed by the huge amount of information, grips, techniques and so on, so I may ask some stupid questions initially. I’ll post a couple of photos and updates next week.
