I’m a bit confused. You show a membership date from 2004 and you are just now starting PEing? Did you PE before, stop, and now are returning?
Are you doing warm-up and warm-downs? Remember, they are important. the warm-downs will help in the healing after your routines. When you do your stretches try to hold your dick with an “O” grip just below the glans. If you have difficulty in keeping a good firm hold (don’t hold it too tightly), then try using a tissue or even a latex glove (which is what I do). Pull only hard enough so that you feel a slight pull of the ligaments at the base of your dick. You don’t need to pull it out by the roots! :) Of course, the stretches are done while flaccid.
You say “jelqs don’t help you stay up.” When you jelq, as a newbie, you only need an erection of 30% - 60%. Remember, jelqing is NOT the same as masturbating! You are not trying to get off, but to push the blood into the chambers. Try to make your jelqing a “non-sexual thing”, if possible. It was difficult for me at first, but after a while I no longer had a problem and could keep the correct erection level. Try not to become reliant on porno to get your erections. That just keeps the focus sexual. Use your imagination which is much more powerful and like real life. If you get a higher or full erection, stop and let it deflate to the proper jelqing level. Again, you don’t have to do “rough jelqs.” As I was told, “you don’t have to strangle it to death or kill to obtain gains.”
