First Session

Well.. I’m after my first session.

Stretches passed really good (since it is the easiest part), though I can’t say that the feeling of stretching my skin down there is nice.
I decided to do up and down stretch (X4) than sideways (X4) and than another up and down (X2).
I thought it would be less painful if I won’t stretch the penis to the same direction all the time.

Jelqs were a little more problematic cause after stretching and moving my member with that feeling I needed to pump it up all the time (not to mention the Jelqs that didn’t help me stay up), so I just turned on a nice “quiet” movie in the background for a little help.
In my opinion Kegels were the hardest part.
Started kegeling for 5 sec a few times and than it was getting harder and harder, so I had to switch to fast and repeating kegels
(Which also got harder after a while there).

After the session was done I decided to get my member to full erection and it even looked longer (= .

Stretches should never be painful, you should feel a pull on your ligaments but it shouldn’t hurt. If it does, you’re either pulling too hard or you’re just pulling at your skin. Make sure you have a firm ‘OK’ grip behind your glans to ensure you are stretching the inner penis and not just foreskin.

And yes it’s okay to get off at the end. Every once in a while, see if you can stop yourself from jerking off at the end just as a test. We each have our own preferences.

Just make sure you don’t overdo the kegels or it can lead to a faster ejaculation rather than the delaying ejaculation.

I find the kegeling to be the easiest part, are you sure you are doing it correctly? I do them through out the day, when I am driving, working at my computer, watching a movie and so on. Make sure you are not using the muscles for your ass or stomach, try and isolate the correct muscle and it might be easer for you.

What helped me was I spent some time taking a piss and stopping the flow, then I would really pay attention to the feeling and the way I had to flex to isolate the proper muscle. It was a little messy but it worked great, if you think you want to try that do it in the shower. I painted the back of my toilet with piss before I realized that.

I’m a bit confused. You show a membership date from 2004 and you are just now starting PEing? Did you PE before, stop, and now are returning?

Are you doing warm-up and warm-downs? Remember, they are important. the warm-downs will help in the healing after your routines. When you do your stretches try to hold your dick with an “O” grip just below the glans. If you have difficulty in keeping a good firm hold (don’t hold it too tightly), then try using a tissue or even a latex glove (which is what I do). Pull only hard enough so that you feel a slight pull of the ligaments at the base of your dick. You don’t need to pull it out by the roots! :) Of course, the stretches are done while flaccid.

You say “jelqs don’t help you stay up.” When you jelq, as a newbie, you only need an erection of 30% - 60%. Remember, jelqing is NOT the same as masturbating! You are not trying to get off, but to push the blood into the chambers. Try to make your jelqing a “non-sexual thing”, if possible. It was difficult for me at first, but after a while I no longer had a problem and could keep the correct erection level. Try not to become reliant on porno to get your erections. That just keeps the focus sexual. Use your imagination which is much more powerful and like real life. If you get a higher or full erection, stop and let it deflate to the proper jelqing level. Again, you don’t have to do “rough jelqs.” As I was told, “you don’t have to strangle it to death or kill to obtain gains.”

Kegals are great and you can do them anytime and almost in any place.
