First I want to say thanks to Thunder,Moderators and members for efforts and for having this forum here and I am confident that I am going to be grinning shortly.
1) In the newbie routine I am having problems with really localising and concentrate the pressure while doing kegels.as a result of this I get everything messed up. I was actually felt lower abdominal soreness instead of my Johnny walker :-) I want to localise the appropriate areas in my mind.can some help on how they’ve done this correctly please.
2) I was into a lot of athletics while in my teens and did some body building in my late teens up till 23 so I still have hidden firmness in my lower body especially in my legs and even up to my backside due to frequent squatting. Will this affect my ability to loosen up my new fond body part which must now undergo training most especially that it’s also located in my lower body? If yes any extra information that I might need to know?
3)I felt a discomfort while doing wet jelq by the right hand side of my shaft. The location corresponded with with a vein leading to right testicle . I have been running from there and this is my second PE session it is much easier but I don’t want a designer boomerang or sickle so can someone advice on how to slowly kill the pain through PE?
