Hi everyone.

I have performed many searches in this area for some time and never come across such and informative site befor… I have a few questions….
Currently my measurements are:-
Erect length 5.5 Inches
Erect girth 5 Inches.

Non erect length 4 Inches
Non erect girth 4 Inches

I have not yet performed any of the exercises mentioned due to the simple fact I need to learn them… I have been downloading the videos to learn the relevant techniques. I also have a penimaster on order.
My first question is this… What can i realistically expect in terms of gain say over a 6 month period?
Is there a limit to my possible gains? Or is it a case of the longer I do this the longer it gets (pardon the expression…)

I am lucky that I have the full support of my partner.

Maybe I should clarify. by “do this” I am refering to the jelqing/stretching/uli exercises. I have read many routines and to sum up the average seems to be approx 5 min warm up, 5 min stretch, 200-300 jelqs etc etc

The penimaster site i read stated you could wear the device all day. Comments made here by people would suggest a couple of hours max. I will keep you posted on how i get on with it.

Personally i’d be happy if I made 8 inch length with 6.5 girth, thats my first target. However Reaching double figures in length does seriously appeal. Is it achievable? Im 30 so I have many years to train my member. Or am I simply setting too high a goal and should be happy with 8 inches as a target.

Ps I am sorry for using … in the previous post - there is so much information on this forum it takes a while to take it all in. Appoligies.

Welcome to Thunders Place.

The best place to start would be the Newbie Routine.
Although I have never used a Penimaster, you still need to condition your dick to the rigours of PM use. The Newbie Routine will help to do this.

You say you have you partners support. That is a great thing! Believe me I know (from experience!)

Every time I read that age old question (how much can I gain), I am always reminded of this little saying;
Everything that is worth having, is worth working for.
As such, PE is like life. The more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.

Welcome to Thunder’s Place wardy.

It’s difficult to predict how well someone will do as there are many factors. In general, the older you are when you start, the easier it is to gain (that’s a very broad generalization, but seems to be born out by posts here). I’m 53 and gained 1/4” per month for my first three months. Younger guys seem to have more “elastic” tissues that aren’t as easy to deform.

“Slow and steady wins the race.” Trying to get to eight inches in half a year (from 5.5”) will cause you to hurt yourself. PE takes time, but it does work and goals are reached if you don’t over do it.

There probably is a limit to how far tissues will expand or extend to the stress placed on them. One of our moderators, Yguy, went from four to eight inches (read his inspirational progress report). It’s certainly possible for you to reach your goal if you work consistently and don’t over extend yourself.

Thanks for the information guys. My Penismaster arrived and I have started using it. I can’t say its the most comfortable device but then it doesn’t hurt either. However my forskin (which i do not pull back) goes a slight purple colour - the glands remain a normal colour. Is this something to be concerned about? Am i using it too tight? Any looser and it slides off. I feel a good stretch and started off with 30 mins, and have built up to 1 hour, I will increase the time gradually… I have also made sure that I am not stretching too much to start with.

I’ll let you know my gains after a month.
