Hey everyone,
I’ve been snooping around TP for about a year now, and doing exercises on and off, but really just joined recently. I don’t think I’ve gained anything in the entire time I’ve been doing it. Let me just say that I’m 18 and have had sex with a few different people. However, I never felt like I could really satisfy anyone, even though no one has ever said anything. And I’m not going to lie. Even though I’ve done it quite a bit, I’m still not good at sex.

This may not be the exact measurements, but it is very close; I haven’t measured in awhile, but I measure about 6.45 BPEL x 4.5 EG. Only thing is, my balls get in the way so really my dick is like 5.5 NBPEL. Which is very discouraging, as I think most of you know.

When I started, I started with the Newbie Routine, just like what was recommended and advised. I have to admit that usually I could only do 3 or 4 days a week, but I tried my best to do it every week. It’s hard for me to do it constantly because I live with my mother and even though she works every day, I am also busy with working full time and school full time (during the year). Not having any gains is pretty discouraging even though I’ve been doing this on and off for awhile. I feel like it doesn’t work but at the same time you are all very convincing and I know you would just say give it time.

Right now I’m just doing light stuff 2 days on 1 day off. I read in a post somewhere I forgot that sometimes doing light workouts is actually better. I always hot wrap and try to do stretches when I can, though they take up a lot of time I don’t have.

Anyways, if ya’ll could just give me some tips or something, I dunno. I just really need that one half an inch or something so I can see and be like, “Oh yea this shit works, and I can be more motivated.” I’m a little scared that I may be one of those people that PEing doesn’t work for.

Oh and I had a question on post jelqing size. Is your dick supposed to be a little bigger or longer after routines, like after you work out muscles? Because mine never is.

Now, I don’t have much time either, so lately I strated using ADS (All Day Stretcher, look it up)… I just use it for about 30min - 1hr each day, and when I have time I do some jelqing, about 10 mins. I dunno if I have made gains, I’ll have to wait for the next measurement, but I think an ADS is a good solution for people who don’t have much time or who are afraid that people around the house will find out… Wearing an ADS, you can even walk around the house in boxers and nobody will have a clue.

I am on PE for little over 3 months with the Newbie-routine. By now I don’t see any gains when the penis is erect, but it’s 2 weeks that my penis gets longer and thicker in flaccid state right after the routine and even during the day and I hope it starts to grow. Maybe it is already growing and I don’t recognize it? (it is difficult to measure gains of millimeters). What I want to say is that I started to get a thicker and longer penis (in flaccid state) just after 3 months of constant exercises. So go on and be patient. I am. And that changing in size in flaccid state of my penis was a motivation-boost. Now I can’t wait for the next session. I feel like a little child that waits for his ice-cream…… ;-)

Just be patient and constant. Don’t give up. I am sure that PE works.


Thanks for both your comments. You have to remember though that I have been doing PE for some time now, and I don’t believe I have seen any gains whatsoever. I am thinking of starting hanging or clamping, and the ADS idea is also looking very appealing right now. I just hope that I am such a hard gainer that none of these will work for me.

Your size is exactly in the average, raiderz, so you can do wonderful in sex: forget you fear.

About gains, assuming that you were constant in your routine, if you had no gains you have to imagine what the reason could be. In your boots, I would try focusing mostly in length work for some months, than switching for girth work after a while; maybe your unit can’t manage a girth and length attack at the same time, if it’s clear what I mean.
