Hello, I am new to these forums. A friend from the Internet told me about this site and said that it really works. I have been checking out all of the video’s and reading a lot of the posts. I am wondering do you do these exercised fully erect? Or is it better to be semi-erect or plainly soft? I don’t know about you guys, but I’m 20 years old and there’s usually no in between either I’m soft or fully erect. Also my friend told me you experience the greatest gains in the first month. If you guy’s can lead me to a good PE workout plan and give me some advice that would be great. Thanks
