Hey thought I’d just introduce myself by posting after joining yesterday looking forward to get started on my routine Monday.As a keep me motivated thing I’ve purchased a week by week diary and filled it with my Day by Day agenda concerning my PE experience.Taken a few Pic’s of my ol one eyed monster for Reference and evidence :D .

Simple goal for me any gains are a bonus I’m not really unhappy about my penis size but getting it bigger and healthier can’t hurt well unless it’s TOO big of course and even then it won’t be me getting hurt*Chuckle*(not that it would be good to hurt her).Starting myself off with the newbie routine and I hope to post my monthly progress for all.

Along with me beginning my PE career I’m now a member at a gym so I’m hopeing I can keep motivate with both body toning and PE one aiding the other.

Quick question to start me off I did do a quick search but didn’t exactly find what I was looking for. So I apologise if this has been coverd before.

Nutrition -Does any particular food/fruit or veg ,Vitamin supplements basically things you can buy at your local supermarket have any part to play with aiding the PE process.For EG:Increasing blood flow,vitalising the body and the likes.Any food’s and vitamins you guys can suggest to aid in the process would be greatly appreciated.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

Damn I don’t know the name but you have those pills that you put in water and they have other flavors and for example Vitamin C or Magnesium etc..

It’s rear but find with Zink or Zink+C I have it and it’s great for improving the sperm volume and mass. If you want that.

I try-ed it and it works. It really busts you’re sperm if you drink it and don’t jerk every day like a monkey it’s great!

Sounds like a great plan
There are no supplements that will grow your dick however, there are things that help with erection quality like
Gensing,green tea, my new favorite ginko biloba,tribulis,horny goat weed.Glutamine,arginine.

Foods good for erections are walnuts,peanuts,peanut butter,pumpkin seeds, oysters, oatmeal. There are more I’m sure.

Vitimin “C” and zinc help keep testosterone levels up and help with prostate issues.

Heh ill make sure I burn it all if I decided to go down that path but then again a nice big dong might be a sure vote getter with the ladies.

Mr. Hag, I’m following a similar path. I recently joined a gym, and now, I am doing both strength training and PE. Good luck with your progress in both.

If you are lifting weights, then why not start drinking whey protein supplement (if you aren’t already)? Whey protein isolate, if you get it in the right flavor, tastes great, and it will really enhance your body workout gains. I know a lot of PEers seem to think protein consumption helps with gains down below, too.

Thanks for the protein tip wasn’t awear of that and it potentially helping down blow is a plus. Trainer consultations at the gym don’t really go into to much detail about supplements and what not to help in the process they basically just slap ed me up with an hour workout on weights routine and a two hour cardio workout routine followed by a bit of pampering in the steam room and Jacuzzi :D .

Congrats Mr hags!! I’m on the same way here. Started the gym 3 months ago and

PE seriously not to long and both are going great for me.

Only advice start slow with both, take time to listen to your body rest is as important

If eating peanut butter makes for dick growth, then what happened? I should be hung like everything! :confused: Most of the time I eat PB with a spoon, right out of the jar, I finish about a 16oz jar a week. My favorite sandwich is peanut butter and onion (Vidalia). Oh, :-k do you think maybe my problem is due to the onions? Seriously, when I was a kid there was a body builder mag. that “hinted” :D that “peanut butter is good for building your manhood.”
By that I always figured they were not talking about biceps, etc. I guess they had a point. I’m going to start eatig 2-16oz jars!

I have a quick question kingpole. Those products that you mentioned, and that I put in bold font. Are you taking them all? If yes, what’s the dosage?
