Hey thought I’d just introduce myself by posting after joining yesterday looking forward to get started on my routine Monday.As a keep me motivated thing I’ve purchased a week by week diary and filled it with my Day by Day agenda concerning my PE experience.Taken a few Pic’s of my ol one eyed monster for Reference and evidence :D .
Simple goal for me any gains are a bonus I’m not really unhappy about my penis size but getting it bigger and healthier can’t hurt well unless it’s TOO big of course and even then it won’t be me getting hurt*Chuckle*(not that it would be good to hurt her).Starting myself off with the newbie routine and I hope to post my monthly progress for all.
Along with me beginning my PE career I’m now a member at a gym so I’m hopeing I can keep motivate with both body toning and PE one aiding the other.
Quick question to start me off I did do a quick search but didn’t exactly find what I was looking for. So I apologise if this has been coverd before.
Nutrition -Does any particular food/fruit or veg ,Vitamin supplements basically things you can buy at your local supermarket have any part to play with aiding the PE process.For EG:Increasing blood flow,vitalising the body and the likes.Any food’s and vitamins you guys can suggest to aid in the process would be greatly appreciated.
