This is my first post to thunders. Nice place you have here. :-) I’ve been experimenting with PE for the last month or so, so I figured it was time to make a post.
First my stats when I started 13th April:
6” EL, 6” EG
NOTE: I’m not really interested in BP or flacid measurements. I’m only interested in what can be seen when I’m erect I.e. EL and EG . That’s just me though. :-P
After spending some time experimenting and hours of reading, I’ve come to the realisation that this stuff works. In the limited time I’ve been PEing, I’ve noticed much harder erections, increased vascularity and about a 1/4” gain in EG. I haven’t really noticed any EL gains but I think this was due to my stretching technique which I think I’ve figured out now.
The program I want to use for the next little while will be:
- Warmup - hot shower
- Stretching - 10 mins
- Wet jelqs - 200 reps (3s strokes and pause at the top of the stroke)
This is a daily routine with weekends off.
My goal over the next 3 years os so is 9” EL and 7” EG. So I’m allowing for about an inch EL a year. Apparently (according to thunders DB data), I’m above average in width but I don’t fuck around with enough women to have gotten any feedback from them either way. I really want to make some gains in the length department but some extra girth couldn’t hurt. Having said this, I can’t afford to spend much more than 20-30 minutes on PE a day because I’m very busy.
It would be really good to hear any feedback and/or suggestions.
