First post, with picture comments please
This is my first post. Finally was able to register but have been reading. Been PE serioulsy for a month now. I would love to get some feed back about my member. As of now this is my workout 4x a week. 2on/1off, 2on/2off. Spilt streching and jelquing sessions.
Warm-up either hot towel for 5 mins or hot shower.
Strech in all directions 30-45 secs. Concentrating on 12 o’clock and 6 o’clock. Total workout, counting warm-up is 20 mins
Wet jelqs- started at 15 mins and now progressed to 25. Will stay at 25 for a bit.
So far after 1 month I havent measured yet. Will next week. I think my girlfreind notices a difference, she hasnt said anything but she is feeling a lot tighter recently and sex has been amazing/
Starting kegels next week as well not sure how much
