This is my first post on here, ill give you guys some background.
Like most, I want a bigger cock! Ha! I’ve always been interested in trying to be bigger and thought it was impossible until stumbling upon Thunders Place and being introduced to PE, I did not sign up right away but I’ve always been a reader and I did a lot of it before eventually signing up, now happy to be part of the team, I started with the basics, Jelqing and my first stint went about 3 weeks with positive results! I travel a lot though and was interrupted having to start again then leave then start again, interrupting my gains as you can imagine. Finally able to get back on a routine I started up Jelqing again but within a week I started to lose feeling in the head of my cock, it quite disturbed me so I did research and took some rest, coming back to jelqing with a different grip (I believe I had been squeezing most pressure on the nerve causing the loss of feeling) then after my first session back I notice a blood blister looking thing just under bottom of my head! About the size of a freckle, once again disturbed I come to you guys for any tips, advice, or thoughts on such things.
Is this Normal?
Should I stop again and let blood spot heal? What is it?

The blood blisters are from your grip being too much to take for your poor guy. Ease up. First you need to condition it to take the punishment, and conditioning, according to sports scientists, takes at least 6 week. Squeezing harder and doing 300 jelq right off the bat won’t bring gains faster. It will result in injury as you have now noticed. Take a break till the blister is gone and start off easy. Also you might be jelqing at a too erect percentage. Keep it around 60% erect phase. About a 5 on the edging scale. Aroused but not hard yet. That will assist as well. If you are near 80 percent erect, you are asking for an injury. Take it slow. Its a marathon. Not a 100m sprint.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

After you take a break you cannot come back with the same routine as before your break, you need to tone it down until reconditioned. If you don’t, you will always get the red spotting.
