First Post New Oldie
This is my first post,but I’ve been a member for 2 or 3 mo. now.
All I have been doing is read,read,read.
I have learned a great deal from everyone here,and its been a lot of help to to me. I found out about PE a year ago,but just been playing around with
it till I found Thunder’s Place.
When I first started I was 5 3/4 BPEL & 5 1/2 EG., and only PE 3 or 4
times a mo.
I’d hang 5lb. for 20 min,and do about 50 jeg. No warm ups at all.
Lucky I didn’t hurt myself.
Since I’ve been here I do 5min. warm ups, hang 5lb. for 20 min.BTC
then 100 jeg.,warm up again then hang 10lb. for 20 min.BTC and a
100 more jeg. Then I clamp for 10min. 4 days on 3 day off.
MY lot is 10:30 and o’yes I have a BIB hanger,that is GREAT!
As of 2mo. ago i was 6 1/4 BPEL & 5 7/8 eg. Not bad for someone
who is 57 years young and 7 kids, that where the 7 comes from in my
