First post: Hanging questions
Hey guys this is my first post, I have been jelqing and stretching for a couple months now with some noticeable gains. I wanted to get into hanging so instead of blowing $100+ on a device I’m using a wrist weight that actually holds on pretty well. It’s 2.5 pounds and I plan on using it for 40min a day followed by jelqs. Does all this sound good? Also do you guys have ne tips?
