Hello all, I’m a technically a newbie to this site, although I’ve been lurking on here for about 6 months or so. I initially starting PE around 10 years ago. I didn’t even know if PE was real back then. I remember seeing an article about jelqing and I was somewhat skeptical, but since I was jerking off on a daily basis anyway it seemed like a constructive way to use my time and possibly kill two birds with one stone. I never took it too serious back then however. Wet jelqing was pretty messy and I didn’t know about any other techniques back then. I didn’t stick with it except for sporadic periods of time when I was either without a girlfriend or unemployed so I never kept any real measure of progress. The earliest measurement I recall I was only 5.75” NBPEL but I have no photo verification for this. I don’t recall my erect girth as this was the least of my worries back then.

Well fast forward nine years with off-and-on jelqing, it was last year that I saw an interview with DLD from the Matter of Size DVD and it caught my curiosity. It seemed that PE had gone almost mainstream. If his claims were true than maybe there really was something to PE. I started doing my research and I decided to really jump into PE with full-time dedication. I ordered the DVD and started doing manual stretching and jelqing. I honestly wasn’t very impressed with the DVD but I started to feel results after a couple solid weeks in the sense of improved EQ. That’s what really hooked me. I was having rock hard erections like I was 16 again (I am now 40). I soon began looking seriously into other PE methods: hanging, pumping, ADS. I actually bought 2 different ADS devices, of which I eventually combined the best parts and made my own hybrid ADS device. I did ADS for a while (maybe 2 months) but even with my alterations to the device I could never keep the damn thing on, and it would shrivel up my dick and I actually think I lost a little girth from it. Bottom line, it just didn’t seem right for me. Then I bought the Bib hanger after reading about all the hanging success on here, and I even made my own special chair for hanging straight out and over the shoulder. I was hanging pretty consistently for a solid month or so, BTC mainly, but I started having some EQ problems. I was losing my sex drive and my morning wood was very sporadic. I have since returned to manual stretching and dry jelqing for the past month and a half which I find works best for me, along with very light hanging during the day as a form of ADS. But I don’t use the Bib hanger, instead I use the noose end piece from my ADS stretcher and tie it to a 1.25# dumbbell plate. It’s super comfortable but gives just enough stretch to keep me in an extended state while healing. And the nice thing is I can drape the weight over the end of the chair while sitting or walk around the house and I get nice freedom of movement with a good stretch all day. I’ve been wearing this 4-5 hours a day. I do manual stretching and dry jelqing for anywhere from 30-90 minutes a night before bed. It comes down to feel, sometimes it takes longer to get that pumped “tingly” feeling, but when I get to that point, I know it’s time to stop, the actual amount of time is irrelevant. I do this everyday and haven’t taken a day off for almost 2 months. More importantly, I haven’t felt the need to take a day off. If and when my body tells me I need a day off I will take a day off, but so far I’ve simply adjusted intensity as necessary.

Lastly, I’ve gotten a lot of great info from this site, and I really have to concur that one of the most important things to do is take it slow and pay attention to what your body is telling you. It’s very important to listen to your EQ. I gained 1/4 inch last month which was the most I’ve gained in a one month period, so I’ll be sticking with this method as long as it continues to work for me. I will be measuring monthly and post my progress and pics. I’m due to measure in a few more days.

Thanks, I hope to give them a shock at the airport one of these days when they do the full body scan! I know it seems crazy but I believe it’s important to think big in all aspects of life. It’s always been an effective way for me to achieve my goals. We often set artificial barriers for ourselves and I never want to do that. The first place to achieve any goal is in your own mind.
