I’m a 45 year old physician who up until 4 months ago thought that PE was hogwash. I had been spoon fed the standard medical doctrine of “theres nothing you can do short of surgery to enlarge your penis” for the last 20 years and thought anybody who tried this was idiotic and wasting there time.

I’ve alway’s had impressive girth (almost 5.75) but my nbpel was on the short side of the 6.00 mark and I would always hear about the ex with the “really big cock”.

4 months ago, I bought the x4 extender, and started poring over their member message board for tips and suggestions. They surprisingly refer everyone to here and I started incorporating jelqing and stretching after a 3 to 5 hour extender session around 5 to 6 days a week. I realized that things would take time and set in for the long haul. Although after 2 months my penis felt bigger and thicker, I still didnt have definitive proof as though my penis felt bigger it didn’t necessarily measure bigger. I can finally say, however, that this stuff does work. My EL has gone up 1/2 to 6.5; my NBPEL is now up to 7.25 and my EG has gone up 1/4 to 6 inches. My wife has definitely noticed, and although it is getting really hard for her to give me blowjobs, the benefits of having a bigger, thicker cock are worth it.

My questions for everyone are this. 1.I have gained a 1/2 inch in 4 months from using an extender and jelqing/stretching. Is hanging any better, or should I do both. I have a vac hanger on the way and tried making a swim cap hanger from an old post from “Tom Hubbard”. I’m mainly looking for variety as the extender tends to pinch the same spots and I thought mixing it up might be the way to go.

2. Are ADS’s beneficial?. Does it really help the penis to heal in an extended state, and is the anti-turtle device sold by monkeybar as good or better.

3. Any advice on achieving flaccid length gains?. I have been doing fowfers for the last month or so. Does the ADS help with this as well.

This is the point where I, as a responsible old timer, tell you to knock it off with the gadgets and do only the n00b routine for a while. :rolleyes:

As long as you can keep gaining 1/2 inch per 4 months don’t change a thing. I don’t know how problematic the pinching is but if you can manage and it isn’t causing any actual damage tough it out. An inch in 8 months, 1.5inches in one year. Those are killer gains.

As iamaru said, we recommend to beginners the newbies routine: is better than using any devices, because it is a balanced and rounded set of exercises, that will give you some benefits you can’t achieve with extenders/hanging etc. : just to say, they will give you a good knowledge on how your penis react to distinct kind of stressors.

Later, when gains will become harder to achieve, changing kind of stimuli and using devices will help to avoid stalling results. Adversely, if you use advanced techniques too early in your PE carrier, you’ll make your tissues tougher.

I also suggest you to break your posts in paragraph, so they are easier to read for fellows: many simply jump over posts looking like a long block of letters :) .

Another suggestion is : read, read, read; there is an incredible amount of information here, and time spent reading is well worth. And : post, post, post; this is also a friendly, amazing community; we are proud to say that the level of members here is higher than everywhere else on the www.

The x4 extender looks identical to the PMDevice.com ‘penimaster’ doesn’t it?
I have the latter, but the cradle on the x4 looks REALLY comfortable.

Hi Snake,

If you are still getting results from your routine then continue on, don’t change a thing. When your gains stall and you wish to get into hanging then purchase a quality hanger. The swimcap was invented during a time when you had to make your own hanger. It pulls mostly skin and you will be limited in the weight it can handle.

I thought PE was BS as well, now I know better. It does make me wonder what other beliefs I should reexamine.

I concur with all of the above statements. Although I only have 1 month more of PE under my belt than you, stick with what is working. My newbie gains dried up after 3 months and I am now hanging. It is a very time consuming activity. If and when you eventually decide to start hanging forget about the homemade devices. I’ve tried many of them, and while they are not bad, I eventually settled on a bib hanger for ease and comfort. I’ve also read many positive comments about the vac-hangers.

Thanks for all your responses. Whoops!. I inadvertently stated that my NBPEL was now up to 7.25; that should be bone pressed.

After 4 months of dedicated 20 hour a week PE, I don’t consider myself so much of a noob any more, especially starting from wearing an extender all that time.

X4 has a support forum, completely run by members, and not by the company. It was their members who referred me here, as the ones who have gotten gains, have gotten them from extenders AND exercising and are all members here as well. I think that the majority of extender users, who don’t do anything else probably don’t gain, and throw their extenders away after 2 or 3 months of frustration.

I’ve been trying to get into this site since May, but registration was always closed whenever I would try. I have been reading voraciously everything I can on the subject for the last 4 months

To me, it seems that the purpose of extenders or hangers should be to weaken or strain the ligaments so that when you jelq/stretch immediately after your session, the ligs/tunica is already weakened/strained and you achieve better results. It seems that one complements the other.

Still wondering on members thoughts on ADS’s and the anti-turtle device, as well as thoughts on achieving flaccid length gains.

Both my ADS and Jelqs have increased my flaccid.

Eat Some Ginko Biloba everyday, another flaccid trick I hear.
