Hi all,

Been trolling for awhile and decided to make an account to be able to ask questions. I started the newbie routine today, but I have a few questions:

1. What’s the proper way to perform a warm up? I took a rice sock and wrapped my entire penis with it and held it for 5 minutes. The heat also goes to my scrotum and I’m concerned about high heat there.

2. I performed the jelq as described in the tutorial section, but I feel like I’m grabbing and moving more of my foreskin than actually moving blood. I do get a good pump and my penis head swells up with blood after every stroke. Is this normal (the amount of skin I’m moving, not the pump)?

3. Should I perform a kegel during ever stroke?

4. I’ve read that my penis should look fuller and hang lower after every session, but today, my penis actually shrunk. I’m not sure if it was because it was cold or if there’s another underlying reason. Advice?

I should also note that I’ve whacked it once a day to once every other day prior to this, but have now begun a pledge to refrain from masturbation.

Any help and advice would be appreciated! Hope I can achieve those super noob gains!

1) Be careful heating your nuts up too much. Nuts need to be cool to function properly and so they are placed outside the body cavity for that reason.

Some say this is evidence that god is a woman, putting such sensitive equipment where they can be kicked.

2) Jelqing is an art. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will figure it out.

3) Kegels are good.

4) If you go too hard, sometimes your dick will shrink as a result. Take that as a negative physical indicator and go a little slower for a while.

Don’t know about the masturbation thing. I’ve never missed a day of ejaculation in many years.

So in this case, should I be doing less or should I just take a week off of not touching my penis at all so that it can fully recover?

Should I even go as far as to reduce the 10 min jelq to 5 min?

Also, should/can I stretch while still applying the rice sock?

If your penis recovers from your post-session shrinkage after a short time, then don’t worry about taking a week off. Try reducing the jelqing time to 5 mins and see how your hang is. If there is no shrinkage and your penis looks more full, then you are certainly not doing too much. You could slowly increase back up to 10 minutes over a few weeks or so, whilst paying attention to your post jelq penis.

You can stretch whilst applying the rice sock. Why not? Just make sure you have warmed up fully before starting the stretch even with your rice sock on.


On the warm-up note, I wouldn’t be too concerned about your nuts taking a little heat. As long as you don’t aim the heat on the nuts and you don’t wear overly tight underwear, it should be okay. Imagine people living in very warm places, far as i’m concerned they still function. Problems start to occur when they can’t breathe, et cetera being pinned to the body by a thong, tight like womens underwear. Underwear should support the penis and testicles, not pin them to the body.
