I am very excited to start. Problem is I live in a house with 2 other people so Its hard to get some privacy to “workout”


I have a hot soak in the bath for half an hour after work, I do my PE as soon as I get out.

My body temperature is really high, blood temperature is higher, and so is the penis and ligaments.

If I have already had a bath earlier in the day I will use a hot water bottle on my penis for 5 minutes.

To be honest I am mostly using the stretches to sort out a slight lean to the left..
So, my stretches I am pulling to the right - & so far so good, I feel allot of tension on the left side of my penis - obviously it feels hard on the left near my base.. And soft on my right hand side near my base (strengthening the left side, I hope!)

Overall I can feel most of my penis being stretched still to some amount, and that feels good, no pain, my glans filling up with blood a fair bit and increasing in size as I do it (for about 5 minutes after it remains) and when I stop my penis seems to have much more flaccid girth and length for 10 or 20 minutes looks amazing)

I will start to pull in various directions as soon as I get rid of the lean

Nice look forward to hearing some progress. You stretch Flaccid or erect?

Keep a close watch on you’re eq. This is you’re guide. If it goes down You might be over doing it.

Thanks All Nighter…Last night or the night before…EQ was nuts. I missed my day today so I will do it tomorrow. I am thinking of doing stretches with a slight erection because I do not feel the stretches that much and I do not want to pull that hard. So I will do the newbie routine. I will repeat the warm up when I transition to the jelqs. Just keeping this updated.

Ok so I am starting the newbie routine (linear). I will be doing 1 stretch(all directions) as well as some edging and Kegels. Is edging something a newbie shouldn’t do?


Bone Pressed ERECT: 7.0 inches

Girth:5.0 inches at hardest(most erect)

Width 1 7/8 inches

Edging is fine for anyone to do. Just don’t go overboard with it.
