First Noticeable Gains

Hey Tuggers and Tugettes,
I’m so damned excited - since December last year I’ve been doing a nice slow start to getting conditioned and figuring out a routine that works for me.. Kind of experimenting with different things and getting a feel for PE, not 100% convinced it will work for me. Finally in the past two weeks I’ve gotten into more of a groove
- Figured out how to get a good solid (but comfortable) grip for manual stretching
- Settled into my own version of the newbie routine
- Put lots of emphasis on heat
- Use either fowfers or a silicon ADS sleeve afterward, and for most of the day to prevent turtling and to ‘heal in the extended state’ while also working on the flaccid hang
- Can really feel the lig stretch deep from just manual stretching now, didn’t used to feel much from it
- Can get a nice long consistent wet jelq with awesome results now and not a lot of skin soreness, didn’t used to get much out of it, but was skin sore a lot

The difference has been really obvious. Flaccid hang is very much improved, plus I’ve measured about .25 inch gain in both BPEL and BPFSL so far. (Haven’t really measured girth yet, but need to! It seems *much* thicker and fuller lately)
Big improvement in EQ, and last night the ultimate payoff - the wife clearly noticed a difference as I was sliding in for the first time, really moaning and saying something like “you are filling me up so much tonight!” And it actually felt that way to me too - seemed longer and a tighter fit.

I don’t know, probably a lot this is in my head, but I’ll take what I can get. Not bad for a few weeks, and I”m only just getting started!!

Planning on doing a slow steady application of the newbie routine for the next 6 months or so, then add in hanging and clamping if I hit a plateau and/or if it feels right.

Any ‘newbie finally getting into the groove’ advice is appreciated!

You sounds like your’re on the right track with going slow. If you’re gaining, keep doing what you’re doing. Gains and good EQ are signs you’re on the right path.

We are basically in the same place, so I’m in no position to give out advice!

BUT for what it’s worth here are a few notes from my current routine:
-I do the newbie routine but use time instead of reps.
(So, for example 10 minutes heating, 10-15 minutes stretching, 10 more minutes heating, 15-20 minutes Jelqing, ADS all day, etc)
I find that if I’m not counting reps, but focusing on quality during the time allotted I do a lot more and a lot better.

-I heat with a rice sock and do it a lot, in between each activity too, as hot as I can stand until it cools off

-In stretching, I really pay attention to my unit, feeling for tension in the right “parts”, tuning the angle and force to maximize lig stretches for now, holding the stretch for 1 or 2 minutes.

-Also in stretching, I stretch with one hand using a theraband for good grip, with the other hand I kind of dig in to the shaft and apply a v-stretch style force onto the tissues that are being stretched, going inch by inch up and down the entire length. This gives me great control and feedback over the intensity of the stretch and I can feel exactly what is getting hit by the force. Lately I can feel that great stretched fatigued lig feeling up into my pelvic area on the sides especially.

-During jelqing I alternate grips a lot, stop to shake it out ever few minutes, and try to get up deep against the fat pad for the beginning of the stroke, constantly doing kegels to assist.

-Also during jelqing I do a bit of manual clamping type thing where I keep kegeling blood in there and holding it in with my hand around the base until the whole thing is really expanded, especially the head.

-Try to either wear an ADS silicon sleeve or fowfer (or both) throughout the day after my routine to keep medium tension going.

Nice work. The reactions from the wife or GF are always nice to read. It’s one thing for the guys picking up girls in the bar but for those of us in longterm relationships, it’s great to hear how we can revolutionize our sex lives with the same woman.

What are your starting stats?

I didn’t take really careful starting measurements, but it was probably 6.25” BPEL or shorter - maybe closer to 6” or 6.125”. BPS FL was about the same, maybe between 6.25 and 6.5”.. Never did a real measure of girth yet.

But, about a month ago it was a definite 6.25” BPEL and not even a tiny bit more.
Currently - BPEL is reliably over 6.5”, sometimes closer to 6.75 and BPS FL is 7”, sometimes JUST over that.

No huge gains, but definitely something! And in general the flaccid hang is much nicer recently.

Also - “normal” (NBP) flaccid hang has gone from maybe 3” to 4-4.5”.

I’d like a lot more ‘normal’ girth (flaccid and erect), but want to do months of work on length first.

8 x 6 ??

If so, it’s definitely attainable given your current stats.

Just did a search.. Should new guys use the ADS sleeve?

I’m mainly using it as an anti-turtle device after doing manual work, though I have occasionally hooked up the leg strap. It’s a *very* gentle stretch and I haven’t had any trouble with any bad PIs, so I think it’s fine for n00bs as long as you don’t use it while sleeping or trying to hang weights from it or anything.

It’s really nice to have, but probably not worth the money I spent on it..

To be honest I’m still in disbelief, so short term goal would be for my BPEL to match or exceed my BPSFL. In other words, BPEL of 7”.

IF that becomes a reality I will be a TRUE BELIEVER and I’ll be shooting in earnest for 8x6.
Of course first I need to measure my damn girth numbers. Sometime later this week when I get a chance I’ll do that.

To get to 8” I’d need about 1.75” in total gains. At this stage of the game, I find that very very very difficult to contemplate.
I’ve been insecure about size since before puberty, believe it or not, and the concept of having the textbook ideal cock is just a little too good to be true.

I hope someday I can come back and quote this post and say “BOOYAHHHHH!”

Flaccid hang is definitely in record territory today, looks totally different both in the mirror and looking down.
I feel like manual stretching is really getting into the ligs! Finally getting into a groove I think.

One lesson I keep learning is heat is everything!! I think it has a huge impact on effectiveness and more importantly on prevention of injuries.
The only times I’ve had little discolorations and skin issues has been when I got lazy and didn’t really heat much. (Like today for example)

Wife just said “that was DEEP!” after an afternoon delight today!
And it felt extra deep to me too - like I was up in that space beside/behind the cervix.

LOVE it.

Such good motivation.
