Also, if you’re interested in hitting your length goal, you might want to refrain from too much girth work. Concentrate on your length for now - which, again, I say, you’ve gained .875” and you’re considering a change in your routine.
I don’t get it.
I don’t know, I look around at pictures on this forum and see a whole lot of units that make mine look tiny, same is true in the locker room… Maybe its just my “looking down on it” perspective. Even though I’m short on length, the wife is complaining about the ‘jab’ factor, so for her sake I’m wanting to start thinking about girth work.
BUT, after spending the morning reading about girth, pumping, and clamping vs. the “perfect jelq” leads me to think that I’ve already been doing a girth focused routine without realizing it. I do the ‘perfect jelq’ already, along with some sadsak style bends, ulis, hand-clamps, and head expansion. All this time I was thinking that adding clamping was going to be where I started girth work, but from what I read I don’t know if that is a good idea or not now.
I’ve had great expansion from hand clamping, but because I’ve done such a scatter-shot approach, I’m not sure which of the above techniques has impacted the girth. So, to your point, I should probably just continue what I’ve been doing with a little more emphasis on manual girth work and a little less emphasis on stretching.
