First Month Routine

Okay, so, this is just an overview of what I’m looking at for the first Month of this, while slowly working my way up.

3 Days

15 minutes of stretching, 3 minutes in each direction.
10 minutes of jelqing.
(I do this once in the morning and once at night, after getting off work.)

2 hours of hanging with 2 lbs weights.

6 hours of extending with 2lbs weights.

I take a day off in-between each three days, so I can allow myself to heal.

I’m going for that amount of time, because of some of my research, that actually led me here. Apparently the average gained in the study by 6 hours of extending was .9 inches over a span of six months.

I don’t know if this will be too much, but I’m hoping to keep at it, in addition to my workout routine, seeing as I’m trying to build myself up to 100lbs per arm. I’m considering adding a pound over time, per month for stretching and hanging.

Way, way too much. Do the newbie routine and nothing else for at least three months. Start with 5–10 minutes of stretching, 5-10 minutes of jelqing and add 5 more minutes each week. Don’t forget warmups.

Do that only once a day, two days on, 2 days off. Once you’ve worked up to 20–30 minutes of jelqing, you can add a day on each week toward 5 on, 2 off max.

Then after at least three months—though you’d be better off waiting until gains from the manual routine have stopped—you can add extending or hanging, but probably not both. I can’t speak to the best practice for those methods.

Don’t take this to be gospel though, personally I have used an extender (the Phallosan Forte) and it has been utter garbage. 4 months in, 12 hours per day, 6 days per week and gained not a single mm. Just keep this in mind for your theoretics and if you consider buying a device. My advice is don’t :)

As for your routine, sounds a bit intensive but could work. People have done it that way and claim to have gotten gains, and people have done it the newbie way and claimed to have gotten similar gains. Either way you’ll probably be fine if you’re careful with your actions and intuitive to your body but if the gains are similar either way, it probably is better to start light. A mantra here is “PE is a marathon, not a sprint”. You’ll hear it a bunch.
Chances are to gain more you’ll have to increase the effort in getting those gains, so keep that in mind too.

The problem is, with the weight I’m currently using, I hardly notice it. I’ve yet to experience any kind of fatigue. So I’m not trying to start out going harder than I can take. Rather I’m trying to go lighter but more time invested and slowly building it up.

I get what you’re saying and you might be right - everyone has different starting points. I think that fatigue is important, because I have never experienced it and also not had any proper gains. I once jelqed for 2 hours straight, no drop in EQ, no soreness or anything. I cannot seem to make the fatigue thing happen, only thing that comes is for a few hours after ejac that day of 2 hour jelqing and 30 minutes pumping was a very slightly lower EQ. Perhaps people like us just have to try that bit harder. Or perhaps it just isn’t going to work… It’s a balance of possibility you have to weigh out in you mind.

My advice is read as much as you can from here and do what you thin is right. You’ll hear a lot of stuff just regurgitated but use your own common sense with things and you might actually get somewhere. I will be wishing you luck!

So if you are already hanging and not feeling fatigued then don’t increase the weight. Instead add something else to your routine such as jelqing before and/or after hanging.

Have you used a hot wrap before, during and after?

Don’t increase the weight explore other options!
