First month results

First month results

Here goes my first post.
Want to start with thanking everyone who has contributed to these great forums.
I have been here for more than a month without a single post. Of course it was for a reason. First, I found all the answers (I can’t emphasize this enough) to my every possible question by using the search button. And secondly, I didn’t have any information to contribute to the forums. As of now I have something to say, and will be glad to share this information with all welcoming members of these great forums.

I post my starting (Oct.13, 2004) stats and my current stats as of Nov.10, 2004, below. I found the progress to be very encouraging, and motivating. What makes them even more encouraging for me is the fact that the measurements were taken on a non-PE day, and they are on the conservative side. My routine only consisted of manual PE, in the form of manual jelqs, stretches and kegels. Needless to say, I’m happy to be here.

Starting Stats: (Oct.13, 2004)

Length (BPEL): 5.39 in
Length (BPFSL): 5.51 in.
Girth at shaft (EG): 4.53 in.
Girth at base (EG): 4.63 in.
Calculated volume (V): 8.99 in.3

Current Stats: (Nov.10, 2004)

Length (BPEL): 5.98 in
Length (BPFSL): 6.30 in.
Girth at shaft (EG): 4.72 in.
Girth at base (EG): 4.88 in.
Calculated volume (V): 10.99 in.3

Great gains

Bpel = 7

Nbpel = 5.2

Eg = 4.7

Excellent gains! Very encouraging for you. But what’s even more encouraging is imagining how big you’ll be just three months from now, and then six, and then a year and so on. It might seem like doing PE over a few years is a long time, but then time really does fly by (well for me anyway, especially as I’ve been getting older it seems to be going quicker! :( ) Although I keep stopping and starting PE I still like to imagine how big I could get by Feb 2005, a year on from when I started!

But as I said, great gains for just a month. Keep up the good work and you’ll be smilin’! Or wincing in pain as it drags along the floor! :bigwink: But hey, either way’s good!

Start: 22 Mar 04: 6.5" BPEL x 4.6" EG & 6" head. As at: 1 Jan 05: 7.5" BPEL x 4.8-4.9" EG & 6.3" head.

Re-re-start!: 6 Feb 17: 6.9" BPEL x 4.9" EG & 5.5" head. As of: 23 Feb 17: 7.0" BPEL x 5.0" EG & 6.0" head.

Ideal: ASAP: 8+" BPEL x 5.5+" EG & 6.5+" head But will continue if the going is good!!

Can you post your routine ?

I started on 25th Oct with 15.3 cm = 6.02 inch length / 12.5 cm = 4.9 inch middle circumference girth.
Now I have: 15.6 cm = 6.15 inch length and 13.00 cm =5.12 inch girth
(last three weeks - no gain).
Maybe I need other routine or just need to be more patient.

I am glad my first post was encoraging for some of you, after all we are here to share the wealth.

I understand it would be appropriate for me to provide some information about my routine, even though there wasn’t really anything special about it.
As I mentioned earlier, it consisted of stretching and jelqing. I kept the main focus on stretching for two reasons. First one being I thought I needed length more than girth given my initial measurements, and secondly I found elastic band theory somewhat comprehensible.

My routine initially consisted of 200 wet jelqs and 10 min stretches a day. By the way, my LOT was around 8.5 and I was still hopeful to achieve some length gains due to extension of ligaments, consequently I concentrated on stretches mainly below 9 o’clock. I did stretches every day, unless my member was not too sore from previous day’s exercise, in which case I never insisted and took the day off. I did jelqs one day on one day off basis. Mainly because I found out if I did them everyday, soreness increased drastically and it affected my stretching routine negatively.

My stretching routine initially consisted only JAI stretches and I got very good extension from them. Then I incorparated BTC stretches, I started doing 5 sets of 1 min. holds.I increased the total time of my stretching routine up to 20 min. by the end of 3rd week. It was after than I incorporated V-stretches to my stretching routine, which yielded a total exercise (stretching) time of 25 min/day. During the same period I gradually increased my jelqs from 200 to 300 jelqs/day as well, note that I was still jelqing every other day.

So it is pretty much it. I hope some of you would find my post useful. I will be here and keep you updated with my progress, while I am reading about yours. Best of luck to every dedicated PE’r.
