Hi guys, this is my first post and my first month with the newbie routine. My real reason for starting PE is to increase my girth (although I will gladly take in the length gains as I’m sure many would). Anyway today marked 1 month and I was surprised to see an increase in length from 6 5/8” to 6 7/8” bone pressed!

I don’t know if it is just improved erections, or small straightening of my left curvature. My erections have always been great so I can’t pin point the source of my progress, but either way I’m happy to see my work paying off. Now the real question is my girth. I have only increased from 4 1/2” to 4 9/16” MSEG. What should I do? Should I increase my number of jelgs? Thanks in advance.

I am pretty new only been doing PE for 2 months but I think 1/16 of an inch is pretty good in girth. To me if that progress continues over a period of 16 months that would be a inch of girth which is huge. I have similar gains in girth from my routine and am pretty excited about it. Just my 2 cents!

With gains like that it would likely be wise to stick with your current routine. Also there are exercises strictly for targeting girth gains as well. Again though, I think you should stick with your current routine for at least another month. Good luck and happy gaining!

Thanks for the advice guys. You raise a good point rifleman. Maybe I should just stick to the newbie routine for the next month too. I just want to get the most out of my time.

Those are great gains for only one month. What you’re doing is working — don’t change until you stop seeing gains!
