First month in the books
I started PE on 8/25/12 my stats were NBPEL-7 EG-5 FL-5 FG-4.25. My routine is 10 min warm up with rice sock, 10 min of stretching, and 15 min of low erection jelqing. My stats as of 9/30/12 NBPEL-7.5 EG-5.125 FL-5.5 FG-4.50. All of my sessions were done with low to medium intensity as I was being cautious to injury. I plan on increasing the intensity a little with the stretching and start jelqing at around 50-60% erection. I figure if I continue to take it slow and increase the intensity over time, I should be able to reach the golden 8x6 within a year. My dick is responding well to the stress being put on it. I want to start focusing more on girth any advice? Also I just started taking Arginmax from gnc. That stuff gives pretty good blood flow to my dick.
