Reduced my jelqing time today to only 15 minutes.
I was doing a similar protocol at first and was WAY overtraining. I would say take a week or so off start with 50-100 jelqs 4 days a week and see how that feels. That is what I did and EQ skyrocketed, and I definitely feel like gains are approaching.
