First month complete and...
Its funny how skeptical we can be by nature. 85,000 members and we still dont REALLY believe until we see for ourselves do we. Well I can say that Im STARTING to believe! Lol! In one month I gained just about .25 of an inch in length. Length is my goal. I really started at 6.25 in length and 6 in girth. I am now at 6.5 and 6.08. I didnt see any gains at all untill about the last week to week and a half. I noticed my first gains after taking two days off in a row. Made me realize how important rest days are, So I am going to try and back off a little for the next month and see how it goes. I was doing three days on and one off, so now im going to up the number of jelqs a little and stretching time, but do two days on and one off and see how that goes. What do you guys think? Also, I have not been experiencing any negative PI’s, however, when I first started, my erections got WAY better, but now they seem to have been getting much softer. Could this be a result of over working? I have been doing 125 four second jelqs 3 days on and one off, plus about 10 to 15 minuts of stretching. I did up that from 100 jelqs and 5 minutes of stretching after the first week. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated. Also, can someone help with the proper way to input ulis into my routine. The video doesnt really say a whole lot as how to do them properly or work them into your routine. How long should I hold them for? How much pressure? How many? These are just a few of my questions. Thanks again for your help and good luck to all of you hitting your goals!
