Its funny how skeptical we can be by nature. 85,000 members and we still dont REALLY believe until we see for ourselves do we. Well I can say that Im STARTING to believe! Lol! In one month I gained just about .25 of an inch in length. Length is my goal. I really started at 6.25 in length and 6 in girth. I am now at 6.5 and 6.08. I didnt see any gains at all untill about the last week to week and a half. I noticed my first gains after taking two days off in a row. Made me realize how important rest days are, So I am going to try and back off a little for the next month and see how it goes. I was doing three days on and one off, so now im going to up the number of jelqs a little and stretching time, but do two days on and one off and see how that goes. What do you guys think? Also, I have not been experiencing any negative PI’s, however, when I first started, my erections got WAY better, but now they seem to have been getting much softer. Could this be a result of over working? I have been doing 125 four second jelqs 3 days on and one off, plus about 10 to 15 minuts of stretching. I did up that from 100 jelqs and 5 minutes of stretching after the first week. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated. Also, can someone help with the proper way to input ulis into my routine. The video doesnt really say a whole lot as how to do them properly or work them into your routine. How long should I hold them for? How much pressure? How many? These are just a few of my questions. Thanks again for your help and good luck to all of you hitting your goals!

Congratulations on your gains. At 6.25 length and 6” girth, you started out with a large cock already. You do know that, don’t you? Any further gains you make will be icing on the cake.

I know exactly what you mean about needing to experience it for yourself to really believe this PE stuff works. I had the same “Aha!” moment last week, even though I’d already made some small gains before that. Some part of me still wasn’t totally convinced. Now…I’m mostly convinced, even though I have proven to myself it does work. It’s still just hard to believe sometimes.

I can’t give you a whole lot of advice about your routine, since I’m still a relative newbie myself, but I’ve also been noticing that rest days are very important, as well as the “less-is-more” approach.

If I could make one suggestion, it would be to break longer posts up into smaller paragraphs so they’re easier to read. there’s a lot of information in your post, but my eyes started to go out of focus about half way through and I lost track of where I was in the paragraph a couple of times.

It seems to me that finding the right combination of days on/off, and amount and intensity of jelqs is the key.

You are way ahead of where I was at a month in terms of understanding what works.

Like they say, if it is working, don’t change. However, if you feel like your EQ is a little down, more break days are might be needed.

You said you noticed a gain after 2 days off, why not try two days off as a normal part of the routine? Maybe 2 on, 1 off, then 2 on, 2 off?

I too have noticed gains at two and three days off, and I am trying to either work that into my routine, or dial back the intensity of the jelqing so 1 day off is enough.

Great gain by the way. You do the math at 1/4 inch per month.

Thanks Chronostone. I was actually think about doing a schedule just like you recommended. I will try this for a month and see how it goes. If I could gain .25 a month every month I would be one happy camper!

Your girth is already very large. If you want to maximize your gains, spend more time stretching.

Also, Thunder is anal about spelling and grammar. If one of these guys didn’t slap you down, Thunder would have done it eventually. I guess it has rubbed off on the rest of us, and I think that’s a good thing.

Ok, like I said, I am not the best writter. It is something that I have struggled with my whole life, barely making it thru my english classes. Unfortunately this thread ended up being more about the use of proper grammer than what I had hoped. I had specific questions I had hoped to get some input on, but oh well. I will try again at a later time.
