First measurement / plan outline

Made my first measurement yesterday after one month of pe. Started out at
5 3/4 bpel, this was a post pe session measurement, but the only one I have. Im pleased to say I measured in at 6 1/16 yesterday. I made several measurements pre-pe, after stretching, and after jelqing, I was surprised by the lack of difference in measurements. All in all Im quite happy with the results.

My plan for the future is to continue my routine as it is - 20 minutes of manual stretching and 15 minutes of jelqing 5 days a week until results stop.Then I will take a break for a week and start back with more intentsity. I bought a bib starter and believe Ill start using that , probably a ots and fulcrum stretch routine as my lot is about 8:30. Ive learned through body building the importance of cycling in some manner and using some different techniques and intensities. This clearly applies to pe, just read Andrew69 s posts, he also exemplifies the virtue of persistance, which is so vital in this type of undertaking.

I will also take this time to thank Thunder for such an outstanding forum, extremely well framed and moderated. As a amatuer (very) body builder and an avid stock trader ive looked through many forums and I cant think of a single one with as much knowledge available, or as many decent people posting.

We’re all here with a common goal: bigger units. If there were not as much collaboration as there is, I’m sure there wouldn’t be as many great gains among the members of this forum.
