First lig pop, surpriiiise

Just got my first little lig pop while doing a squat stretch. I’ve read enough to know these aren’t a big deal (though I will try to minimize them), but they sure are startling! I’ll think of it as my PE rite of passage :)

Doing a squat stretch is probably the easiest way to experience a lig pop. They are not harmful, but it is hard to tell your brain that when they occur.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Squat stretch would be stretching seated on your legs? Kinda like the lowest phase of the squat?

I think so, yeah. For me though it was a little easier to get on my knees (where they’re completely bent, like sitting Japanese-style) and lean over a bit (supporting with the other arm) to grab my dick and hold that hand against the ground, then slowly rise up like I’m coming up to a kneel on both knees while keeping my dick-holding hand against the ground (as described in the Manual Stretches guide). I tried doing an actual squat but my legs got too tired, haha.

Damn, that’s a hard stretch! No wonder something popped. I may try that one. I’ve been doing behind-the-thigh, and might be time to move on to the squat stretch like this. Lord, if my wife catches me what would she think…
