So I did the been routine today
The Newbie Routine
10 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
20 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
20kegels of five second holds each

I initially put a small towel over my shaft, but decided to just take a warm shower. Am I supposed to massage the area around and above my penis?
Also it’s been a few hours since I did the workout and my penis feels tired in a sense. It feels sensitive and the area above my shaft (bladder) feels sore. I did not apply to much pressure, but I think that I overdid the amount of jelqs since it’s my first time. Is it normal to feel this way or should I rest a couple days?

That sounds like it could be the ligaments, you may have put a little too much force into the stretches.
