First Jelq and first Injury
I’ve been wearing the sizegenetics for 6 months now and have slowly been increasing the tension. It’s been working pretty well, I’ve seen some gains in length and my erections are harder then ever. I really wanted to get some girth gains and I had read some not great things about the pumps and fluid retention. I decided to give the beginner routine as described on the main page a try. I read through it many times and watched the videos. I warmed up and cooled down for the recommended time and didn’t think I used very hard pressure. I did seem bigger afterwards. A few hours later I tried to get myself aroused using porn and.. Nothing. I would get close to half mast and that would be all. My dick just seemed heavy, like it couldn’t lift all the way up. I tried for a while until I started to get all the way hard but experienced pain in that sensitive area right below the head. I stopped after that. There has been no swelling, bruising, discoloration, swelling. Nothing physically different. I would like to be able to use this routine, or any routine to get those girth gains. What am I doing wrong? Too much pressure? Jelqing too close to the glans?
