First inch - Took 10 months

It took me from September last year, about 10 months but now I have gained 1 inch length. I have been doing the newbie stretch and jelq exercise and just the latest month added some clamping which I believe will gain girth more than length. So, it is really possible ;) .

Now, I go for my second inch in length and hopefully, 1 inch girth. But I go for length primarily and secondly for girth. It seems to be the right way to go after I have been reading A LOT about how people on this site improves.

You mean you’ve been doing the newbie routine only?

Congratulations on your gains. See it is information like this for people just starting the newbie routine like me that will allow me to continue the process because I now know there are gains to look forward too. Congrats again.

Hey, dont be surprised, dont underestimate “newbie routine”, newbie routine is just the name, it is an excellent routine, all routines which came after are inspired about “newbie routine”

Current BPEL: 8.11" NBPEL: 7.63" BPFSL: 9.09"

Current MEG : 5.6"

Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

So kegels help with gains? I’ve been missin them out : S only been on the nooby routine a short time! It’s good to here people’s progress it’s highly motivating for me as I know success is possible. Nice work I hope you reach your goals as I intend to do mine : )

Not only the newbie routine but it is the main part of the exercise. I did the newbie routine only for the first 8 months and then added cable clamping. I have also tried the Sad Slinky girth exercise but never really made it to a routine.

Good job man. I’m still 1/4” short of my 1” gain, and I have been at it consistently for 18 months. Of course I had to be a hard gainer at this. Hopefully you can keep gaining a little more before things start slowing down. Good luck getting that second inch.
