Hmm, I’m starting to second guess my gains actually, I hope I didn’t think I gained because I measured wrong.

Either way, my dick IS a lot healthier and my erections are much more full, hard, and frequent so I know I’m doing something right.

Don’t second guess on account of my potential screw-up in measuring. Those gains are very impressive but have definitely been heard of on this forum. Also, if worse case scenario is you haven’t gained yet but have made your erections fuller, harder, and more frequent, then that is awesome bad news! I”m sure you’ve definitely gained some to this point, but whats more, your only at the tip of the iceberg. Good luck!

You know, I thought the exact same thing back when I gained my first “.25. If you need to re-measure then re-measure several times. However, now you officially know that if your penis measures bigger (than it is now) during any future measurements, then you definitely have gained.

So either you gained, or at least have an official baseline value for a definite future gain.

PEFftw, I wish you well and know you will reach your dream goals.

I either read some where here or some member said it, that you should measure 3 times, one after the other, to make sure that you are getting a correct and consistent reading. Sometime it’s damn difficult to keep it in the same condition to do it three times, but I have tried my best and now always follow this rule.

You might want to start taking pics so you will have them from the beginning and throughout the future to show your progress and something to which you can refer.

Maybe you might, but you also run a high risk of overtraining.

If you train properly with rest days, warm-up and stretching and do good sets (min. 3 x 10-15reps) with good resistance, muscle will grow.. It’s fact!

The dick seems to be a world of it’s own.probably because it’s not a muscle.

Good news, I remasured today, because I looked down and noticed my unit looked huge. I know for a fact I put on .3-.4 NBPEL. I moved up in BPEL as well!

Just confirming the gains that I thought I did not have before because I felt I mismeasured.
