First Gains What to do next
Hello my friends!!
First of all, I’d like to tell you all that I’ve had my first gains of 0.2 in lenght! As I said I would, I’ve sticked to a routine, a sort of newbie routine only with v-stretches, and I will keep doing the same exercises until I stop growing. Anyway, it’s my first month on this routine (but I’ve been jelqing for 1 and a half month now, and ocasionally wearing an extender), and I’d really like to have some advice of yours about what I should do in the future..
I want to develop both on lenght and girth, and I don’t really know what to do next.. Pumping? Hanging? Clamping? I also heard this technique will give me massive girth gains, but will also stop my lenght gains.. Is this true?
So.. Should I buy a pump? Or a bib-hanger?
The idea of hanging is not very pleasant for me, to be honest with you..
Another question.. I have some light ED, and there’s no way I’m gonna spend thousands of dollars on magical pills (thanks Thunder and all the others for your advice), so do you recomend any herb or any specific exercise?
