First Gains What to do next

Hello my friends!!

First of all, I’d like to tell you all that I’ve had my first gains of 0.2 in lenght! As I said I would, I’ve sticked to a routine, a sort of newbie routine only with v-stretches, and I will keep doing the same exercises until I stop growing. Anyway, it’s my first month on this routine (but I’ve been jelqing for 1 and a half month now, and ocasionally wearing an extender), and I’d really like to have some advice of yours about what I should do in the future..

I want to develop both on lenght and girth, and I don’t really know what to do next.. Pumping? Hanging? Clamping? I also heard this technique will give me massive girth gains, but will also stop my lenght gains.. Is this true?

So.. Should I buy a pump? Or a bib-hanger?

The idea of hanging is not very pleasant for me, to be honest with you..

Another question.. I have some light ED, and there’s no way I’m gonna spend thousands of dollars on magical pills (thanks Thunder and all the others for your advice), so do you recomend any herb or any specific exercise?

Gui_DG - Don’t sweat the big stuff for now bud, you’re getting gains with what you’re doing. I guarantee if you start looking into the more advanced routines and PE paraphenalia on the market, you’ll lose focus on what’s working now.

Look into kegels to help with ED.

Yes drilla, you’re absolutely right! I just mean, I want to know what should I do next, in 3 or 4 or 5 months, when I will change my newbie routine. I have all the time of the world, and I know this is a marathon.. But I want to know as soon as possible what I should do next.. Maybe I shouldn’t think this way, but I always liked to keep my feet firm on the ground, that’s why I’m trying to be “organised” with this.

Hi guys, just want to let you know about my gains so far:

03/01/2007 - BPEL: 5.3
04/02/2007 - BPEL: 5.7

It seems to be working very well for me, and also it’s helping me a lot with my light ED. Also… my girth is small (4.7 in), and I think it’s been helping me with my lenght gains… Should I focus only on lenght, and then on girth? Anyway, I had no gains in girth at all.

If you do a variety of PE exercises you should gain both. Jelq, jelq and hold, sit and stretch all work out girth, but can give you length gains too. Others such as power stretch, V-stretch etc all work on length.

As Drilla said, try not to lose focus by looking to some of ther other exercises. Exhaust what your current routine will give you, then switch up.
I made this mistake by looking into other methods while simply stretching and jelqing was working for me. As a result I never really settled on a routine and gains suffered. I now have a routine which fits with how I go about my day to day for now, and I’ve seen great gains for the time I’ve been doing it.
Another reason was the fact that I never really had a clear cut goal, not knowing whether I wanted length or girth and therefore exercising for both quite inconsistently or possibly overtraining.

So, I would say the best thing to do would be to carry on doing what youre doing because it’s working, whn it stops and your SURE it’s stopped working then possibly alter what you do, but you seem to have started out in the way everyone hopes to.
