Finally!!!!!!!!!. I measured myself on extense a month and a half ago, i was at 6.75 NBPEL. I was extra short after my workout today, I got concerned and decided to measure. I’m just under NBPEL 7.0 maybe like 6.90-6.95. I’m so excited !!!!! i have a really awesome routine for the hard gainers. Seems slow but, I’m happy! hanv’et measured girth.

great question. on the contrary! I’ve gianed 10 pounds!. I noticed that my gains are coorelate not just to my rountine but also masutrbation frequency as well as ejactulation. I tned to over masturbate, I’m a really horny guy twice a day used to be my norm. Im trying to keep it at 4 -5 timesa week, and lower it from there. I make no real gains if I ejaculate everyday. Also hot wraps after workout or intense masturbation session, or just when its cold. Cold = PE enemy i believe, which is why i steam up the bathroom with the shower during my workout. I’ll know if this routine works in a few more months.

I agree. Masturbation is evil. I try and only masturbate like 2 hours before PE. For some reason when I do this I hit fatigue a lot faster than normal.

My advice would be to measure very rarely, and try to think of pe as something you just always do without really expecting any results. That’s how I’ve been for the last few months, and then when I checked I had about a .5 inch gain in length. Sweet!

Yea it’s kind of like with weight loss. If you weigh your self every day or every week you see basically nothing to very slow losses. But keep at it and weight your self every month, or look at inches or pants sizes lost rather than weight lost. But still every month.

bdragon472, I measure every month. It has upsides and downsides. What you have to watch though if you don’t measure often enough is if your routine isn’t working, it takes a month (or two if you measure every 2nd month) to realise this. If you realise sooner you can change your routine (ease off, or increase duration/intensity) and get the gains sooner because you are getting more feedback from your unit. I don’t know what the exact number is that you should do. I’m still trying to figure it myself. But when your gains slow down or stop, with every 2 months a long time before you realise it. 2 weeks could be not long enough to see gains though. I only gained .2 inch last month. It’s a hard thing to know how often to measure. Probably better to measure not enough, compared to too much though (for motivation).

do you notice any adverse effects from masturbating right after a PE session?

Personally I’ve stopped all masturbation before and after a PE session. I did when I first started but from just a feel standpoint I suspected early on that it was not helping me. After reading more about PE and what happens to us after we have ejaculated I’m convinced it’s probably better not to masterbate a few hours before or after PE. Apparantly after the orgasm a lot of blood flow is directed away from our units. That is why it’s quite hard to maintain an erection after ejaculating. Less blood I think is detrimental after a work out and increases the chance of turtleing afterwards. So I think (just an opinion) doing it afterwards is probably worse than doing it before.
