bdragon472, I measure every month. It has upsides and downsides. What you have to watch though if you don’t measure often enough is if your routine isn’t working, it takes a month (or two if you measure every 2nd month) to realise this. If you realise sooner you can change your routine (ease off, or increase duration/intensity) and get the gains sooner because you are getting more feedback from your unit. I don’t know what the exact number is that you should do. I’m still trying to figure it myself. But when your gains slow down or stop, with every 2 months a long time before you realise it. 2 weeks could be not long enough to see gains though. I only gained .2 inch last month. It’s a hard thing to know how often to measure. Probably better to measure not enough, compared to too much though (for motivation).
